The house renovation project was entered into as a second mortgage project while the client had an existing loan ongoing with another funder. Although the facility limit was on the higher side for second mortgages, we were able to work with the client to reach a point where both sides were pleased with the results.

The Nowra development is a long-term partnership between Buildfund and a successful developer. Buildfund assisted from the earliest stages (site clearing and demolition), up to the completion of all units for the entire project.
